Schools: Our Priority
Christian schools, which serve nearly 200,000 students in Lebanon, have been particularly hard hit by the crisis. 80% of tuition fees went unpaid in 2021–2022.
Yet school remains a source of hope. It allows children to build their future, helps families maintain their confidence, and gives Lebanon a chance to prepare for its reconstruction.
Together, let’s enable these children to continue learning, growing, and hoping.
Sponsorship: How Does It Work?
Each child nominated is carefully selected by their school after an assessment of their family and academic situation.
A shared commitment based on trust unites the school, the parents, the child, the sponsor, and L'Œuvre d'Orient around a common charter.
Simple support through a monthly automatic debit.
A special relationship: at least twice a year, you’ll receive updates about your sponsored child by mail or email.
