Understanding Eastern Christians, Their History, and the Issues Facing the Middle East
Throughout the year, the Œuvre d’Orient organizes conferences, meetings, roundtables, and exhibitions dedicated to Eastern Christians and current events in the Middle East.
Through these events, the Œuvre d’Orient provides a platform for experts, historians, researchers, journalists, and field workers to shed light on the major political, geopolitical, cultural, and religious issues affecting the region. These events also provide an opportunity to discover the history, traditions, cultures, and heritage of Eastern Christians.
These events are designed to inform, foster understanding, and encourage discussion about a region at the center of current events, as well as to deepen knowledge of the Christian communities living there and their contribution to diversity and dialogue among peoples.
