Marie,
Woman of Galilee,
You who have lived in the East
You who gave birth to and nurtured the Son of God
You who have prayed, worked, toiled, and wept on this earth,
You who rejoiced, who are recognized as Blessed from age to age,
We entrust to you the women of the Near and Middle East,
Children and young girls,
Married or single women,
Older women,
May they experience your trust and your boldness
May they be a sign to their people
On the Tenderness of God, the Architect of Peace and Communion
May they heal the wounds of this land
Who is bleeding, and whom You loved so much.
